About myself
I've been involved in lending and banking for over 20 years servicing clients that have small multifamily properties to large commercial projects with hundreds of units. Although I'm not a mortgage broker I have many sources for getting financing; commercial mortgages , construction loans, FHA and SBA Financing. Also, for investors that need ARV, rehab and hard money financing, I have great resources that are willing to discuss your project directly, no matter the size.
