We (my husband Dave & I) are from Ogden, UT. We began investing in real estate in 2010 after approaching age 50 and realizing retirement was coming closer for us and feeling the need to enhance those funds. We now have experience in buy and holds, fix & flips, lease options, wholesaling, private lending, and hospitality (hotels). Our focus currently is on buy & hold rentals, hospitality, and educating and partnering with others. We recently added vacant lots/ land to what we do. We love helping people find ways to put their money to work & make "OUTSIZED" returns for them through RE investing to improve lifestyle, enhance retirement funds, and increase financial peace of mind! We love to improve properties, communities, and provide nice places for people to live and stay in.
