I’m a 27 y/o investor, currently have 10 rental units between 2 buildings & we are looking to continue flipping homes in the Central Florida - Orlando area. Short term goals would be to continue flipping and build up capital to roll into more long term rental units Long term goal is to have a syndication that grows to 1000+ units. I worked as a NYC union carpenter for 7 years prior, I had gotten hurt and from there my life turned into real estate and stocks. Im a firm believer that knowledge is power! I’m open to always sharing ideas back and forth with other investors to continue learning and teaching what I’ve learned along the way, just as well as learning what others have picked up on their journey to financial freedom.
