I am the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Adventure Capital Growth. I hold a M.S degree from CSU Northridge in Industrial Hygiene and I am currently employed as a Hazardous Material Specialist within the LA County Fire Department. Real Estate Experience: 1.I actively participate in the management of my family's 28-unit multifamily portfolio. 2.I am currently the onsite manager of a 4-plex. 3.I remodeled the unit I reside in. I completed most of the work;(Rewired the electrical, installed flooring, refinished cabinets, installed light fixtures etc...) 4.In my previous work I conducted annual inspections of Multi Family Dwelling to ensure compliance with state and local requirements. My Hobbies Fly-fishing, Snowboarding, Surfing, Mtn Biking, Backpacking/Camping I love the outdoors!
