Dominic S.

Hey my name is Dominic. At my day job I work as a Civil Engineer managing the water resources and water supply for one of the largest private farms in the world in the South San Joaquin Valley. I have been flipping houses between Fresno and Bakersfield for the past 3 years, and house-hacked/self managed a 4-plex with my very trusting wife from 2018-2020. In 2020, I hit my goal of investing in an out-of-state market. I closed my first deal in Columbus, OH in July and currently own 5 units. I would love to connect with folks that are investing and active in the Columbus market or my home market in Visalia!
