I’m an investor based in Hendersonville, NC. I’ve owned and operated mobile home parks, self-storage, industrial/commercial property, raw land, and a single-family flip. My background is a mix of finance and hands-on real estate. I spent several years in finance before getting into commercial real estate, and most of my experience has been with smaller, overlooked assets where the value is created through operations, repositioning, or finding opportunities others miss. Lately I’ve been focused on real estate data and better ways to source off-market/distressed properties. I’m especially interested in municipal data, code enforcement records, repeat violations, long-open cases, and other early signals that a property or owner may be under pressure before it shows up on the same lists everyone else is using. Always open to connecting with operators, investors, wholesalers, brokers, and others thinking seriously about sourcing, small commercial assets, mobile home parks, self-storage, and distressed opportunities.
