Dominic Richardson

Hey there! I’m Dominic Richardson, a real estate investor based in Utah, focused on acquiring undervalued properties, building long-term wealth, and growing a portfolio of cash-flowing real estate. My investment strategy centers around real estate auctions, off-market acquisitions, and creative financing, including seller financing, subject-to, and BRRRR-style investments. I focus on purchasing properties below market value, making minimal improvements when necessary, and refinancing into long-term DSCR loans. I actively pursue opportunities across the Midwest and other markets, focusing on single-family homes, small multifamily properties, and investments with strong equity and cash-flow potential. I'm also the founder of EstateFlo (estateflo.co), a real estate investment management platform designed to help investors organize and track properties, auction opportunities, acquisitions, expenses, and their growing portfolios. I originally developed EstateFlo to simplify my own investment activities and am now working to make those same tools available to other investors. Outside of real estate, I own and operate Alltek, a low-voltage contracting company serving residential and commercial clients. My background in construction, project management, and business ownership gives me a practical perspective when evaluating properties and investment opportunities. I'm always looking to connect with wholesalers, agents, auction professionals, private lenders, and fellow investors who are interested in finding great deals and building lasting relationships. Whether you're sourcing off-market properties, exploring joint ventures, investing through auctions, or simply looking to network, I'd love to connect. Let's find great deals, build relationships, and grow together!
