Dominic Scheck

I buy and hold small multifamily properties. During the day, I'm a venture lead for UnitedHealth Group Research & Development, making new products and businesses to help patients and providers in our messed-up healthcare system. I also teach mixed martial arts. My specialties are numbers, words, enthusiasm, and triangle chokes. In MN, we have to do Certificates of Rent Paid (CRPs) for tenants' taxes every year. It's an odious, time-wasting task, so I made a little service that does CRPs for you. Check it out at CRPButler.com or facebook.com/crpbutler.
