About myself
I am a 5th grade teacher that is interested in investing. My goal is to have a residual income cash flow by the time I am 40. I would like to invest in rental properties, with 20% or less down. I am also interested in commercial real estate, and would not mind leasing this sort of property either. Any advice that is offered to me would be greatly appreciate!
