I am a engineer who put himself through college as a carpenter and developed a love for real estate. I am presently in early retirement which allows me time to expand my knowledge. Experience: I have been renting properties for the last 20 years so time has given me experience as a landlord. I hold my properties in L.L.C.'s. While most of my tenants have been great I have had my share of problems. Tenants from hell, court, and even an environmental disaster. Real Estate Goals: Looking to increase my personal wealth through real estate to strengthen my financial security. Currently Seeking: Basically, deals in my area to either flip or rent.
