Donald Cooley

I am a husband and father of 3, currently working midnights as a railroad conductor for Canadian National Railway. I live about 20 minutes north of Detroit, Michigan. I listened to the audio book series Rich Dad Poor Dad and thought this is the way to go, to change directions and find a path to financial freedom. Experience: I have a real estate license from before the railroad. I worked at being an agent for about 3 years during the down turn. I may, at some point, get it back out of escrow. We recently bought our first income property, a 2/1 ranch, that we are actively marketing to rent. We are now looking to add to that first property. Real Estate Goals: To develop a real estate portfolio that will create enough passive income to retire from the railroad industry and be more active in my family life. I would also love the idea of having the freedom to fund and participate in mission and ministry opportunities.
