Hey there! I'm a teacher by day, and a real estate investor by night. I became a local investor in Des Moines in 2020 and I'm looking to expand through small multifamily and single family homes. Starting out in 2020, I was able to get one of my two properties in the midsts of COVID which I am currently house hacking. The other was a FSBO that I BRRRRed myself. Now that I've built some momentum, I'm ready to really get to "working smarter, not harder" and growing in Iowa.
