Hello, I am a U.S. Naval Officer nearing the end of a successful 30-year career. My wife and I are in our mid-50's and we have been successful investing in single-family houses and nearing our transition from the Navy, we are full-time real estate investors focusing on multi-family properties to flip and also buy/hold. We are looking at all real estate to help build our portfolio and create cash-flow. We invest in Hawaii, Texas, and Tennessee and we are considering expanding to Florida and Kentucky.
