I'm in Henderson Nevada. I'm a (20 year) heating, ventilation, air conditioning technician, also electrical and plumbing. (maintenance if you will). Looking to buy some multifamily or SFR I did have a rental for a couple years that I sold. (in another state - found it too difficult to care for with limited property management companies that were reliable. ) I'm looking to make real estate investment a priority.
