I currently own one rental property and obtained my Realtor's license two years ago. I worked for several years in the defense industry and decided I wanted to work for myself in a capacity where my success was driven by my business choices, hard work, and intelligent choices. I'll continue to work for both buyers and sellers of residential property, but I'm branching out into purchasing REO properties for flipping.
