Don Coumbs

My wife and I bought our first house, a duplex in 1996. I quit a bad job in 2002 and bought a fixer upper to work on while I got my head straight. As it turns out I never went back to “work.” In the last 19 years, I have bought 15 properties, sold 4, built 3 duplexes and a house, and done a number of remodels and additions for myself and as a contractor. I have lost track of how many toilets I have scrubbed ( I am a hands on landlord.) I am amazed at how quickly so many of you have put together large rental portfolios. I am hoping to learn something here.
