As a kid there was two guys I watched become very profitable in Real Estate Investing and I wanted to follow in their foot steps. I started out in 2003-2006 as a loan office then went into realty. I passed the California state exam the first time around and was looking forward to a life of Real Estate. That all came crashing down when the Department of Real Estate denied me a license due to some childhood troubles that was on my criminal record...childhood! So, I went into a deep depression and didn't want to have anything to do with Real Estate. What a huge mistake! I never wanted to be a agent in the first place, that was just the path god had laid out for me. So now one of the same people that inspired me as a child has done it again. This guy is rich now, I mean $200,000,000 rich and I'm ready to learn as much as I can about Real Estate Investing.
