Hello BiggerPockets members, my name is Don, BiggerPockets Pro Member, long time listener to the podcast. I am a W2 employee and do real estate investing on the side. My goal is to build a Buy & Hold portfolio to create legacy wealth for my two daughters. I will teach them how to maintain the properties. BiggerPockets has put my head in the right place and given me the mental muscle to do this. I bought my first property in Feb 2022 using the BRRRR strategy. I bought my second property in Nov 2022, again I'm using the BRRRR strategy. I bought my third SFH in June 2023. My advice, join your local REIA and learn from the people in your area who have been doing this for a long time, and learn all you can from BiggerPockets. More advice, this is not brain surgery, use your brain, visualize what you want out of this, listen and learn, take action, take lots of action, and you will achieve your goals. All the best!!
