Don Miller Jr

As an investor, I've owned residential rentals for over 30 years in and around Baltimore and currently focus on mixed use, multi-unit residential/retail small commercial buildings. I am the broker/owner of Don Miller Realty based in the Baltimore Metro area with many real estate agents that specialize in working with seasoned and unseasoned investors. I renovate 1 to 2 homes a year (time pending) and try to buy 1 small commercial property for my rental portfolio per year. Most of my time is spent working with newer investors, teaching them how to invest in real estate properly and prosperously via our Club, www.ClubREIA.com There is not much in real estate investing that I don't have a good/great working knowledge of. I was a professional race horse jockey from 16 winning almost 2,900 races all over the country and internationally including the 1983 Preakness Stakes, in addition to riding in 6 different Triple Crown races. I use that knowledge of success & winning to help others understand what it takes to reach their real estate goals.
