I've got my eye on a larger property (over 50 units), and I'm moving cautiously yet steadily. I find the property valuation tips very helpful!! I love to travel and have been to Costa Rica, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. I dream of having lovely little hide-aways tucked all over the globe ;=). PS If anyone has tips on Master Lease Options, I'm also very interested in examining those as possible cash flow too. Thanks!!
