I work as an eCommerce merchant in the NYC Area, and love my work. Real estate investing is a fun hobby that allows me to exercise creative and financial skills in a different direction. We currently own a few single family rental properties which are purchased with a 6 to 7 year ownership timeline. Our business model is focused on C class single family homes with a minimum of 3 bed, 1.5 bath, 1 car garage in markets that return a 1% or greater monthly rent rate to purchase price.
