I'm a real estate investor and real estate agent from Cleveland Ohio focusing on the west side where I've lived my whole life. I currently own and manage 7 properties. I've been active in the real estate industry in Cleveland OH for over 30 years. Because I tend to be analytical and organized, it was only natural for me to start building my own rehab repair cost and deal analysis tools when I started purchasing multiple fixer upper properties in the early 90s. This led to the formation of a side business, InvestWell, through which I help other investors use tools and information to take the risk out of buying fixer upper properties. Experience: I have over 30 years real estate experience as an agent, mortgage broker (including owning a Mortgage brokerage) and investor. I've participated in hundreds of transactions - most recently as a top performing agent achieving OAR Presidents Sales Club status (top 10% of agents in Ohio) while also earning a Quality Service Award.
