My wife and I purchased our first rental and have been investing in Real Estate since 2012. We accumulated more than a handful of properties over the next 4 years. Then in 2017, I got the itch to start flipping and wholesaling properties and haven't looked back! We now average about 50 transactions per year! We have also own approx. 450 Multifamily units!! I forgot to mention, I retired from Corporate America at the age of 36!!!
