I am a mechanical engineer who is very interested in investment vehicles where I will have more control than in something like the stock market. I am currently saving and preparing for the purchase of my first property which I plan to house hack with. I hope that by joining this community, I will be able to refine my goals, form a business plan, and make valuable business connections with others in my area. I look forward to learning here as well as adding whatever I can.
