Living in NorCal with a good day job and looking to build real estate income stream. I own 2 properties in my area, live in 5 bed 2600 sq ft sfr and self manage 3/3 1800 sq ft townhome rental. Immediate gains are good but I'm looking for retirement security. Need advice and networking to build a team
