I'm a aspiring real estate investor still learning the process to acquiring my first investment property. I haven't decided on the market in which to buy yet but I am getting close to having the capital to move forward with looking. Like many before me I will most likely start in single family or at least with a conventional loan on a plex building. I'm looking forward to the challenge of finding the right investment to acquire then stabilizing the property and turning it into a profitable business!
