I am a single family, multifamily buy and hold investor. I also do rehabs to flip on occasion. I am mostly interested in multifamily acquisitions Experience: I started real estate investing in 2013. I have rehabbed and own a duplex, 5 SFR's and a four plex. I have just acquired 2- 10 unit assets , a 28 unit, two more 10 units and a 43 unit high rise downtown in the Dayton Ohio along with 500+ different multi family properties in the area and am eager to get more. My company Midwest Acquisitions & Managements. is acquiring more multi family doors across the country and doing more flips as a vehicle to get to the multi family space.
