New to real estate using the BRRRR strategy to acquire buy and hold rental properties. Married with 2 kids. I am a drywall finisher that owns a drywall finishing company as a side hustle, but also work for a commercial construction company during the day. I am hoping to acquire enough property to replace my W2 income.
