My wife and I are new to the REI industry but are hungry to learn, are debt free (except for our own home mortgage), and are in the process of doing our first REI deal by being bridge lenders to a So. Cal. commercial RE company a friend of ours owns. Our goal in the next year is to own our own multifamily, so we are hoping to connect with other investors who may want to act as mentors or investors in future deals, but more importantly, to develop a friendship/working relationship built on trust.
