I'm a new investor in Toledo, OH. I currently own two properties (one a duplex that my wife, two kids, and I live in), and manage a third for out of state friends. My hope is to build a portfolio of buy-and-hold properties. My pie-in-the-sky end goal would be to be successful enough at this to use it as a platform to engage, train, and offer employment opportunities in real estate rehab, management, etc. to young men and women from lower income parts of our city.
