I have worked 16 jobs, I served in the US Navy for 3 years and in that history I have learned one thing. Financial Security and personal financial accountability is a must. I wish to be a real estate investor to help myself and others. I went to a Big Live event workshop but couldn't afford a 60K apprenticeship package. Got a few real estate books, I even tried to buy a 10K house, but couldn't get a hard money loan. But I know now that what I think I know, I have no idea and need to get one in order to be financially secured(and to help others to do the same). Even though I may be eccentric and can talk a lot. I am very humble and willing to start anywhere to move up in the right place of real estate. Started my felts enterprises real estate which is investing based(2013)...went agency Keller Williams City View(8/14/2018) - 02/01/2019) We parted on disagreement of what was best for my business direction. My final thought on keller williams city view: Very awesome brokerage even if they might come across like they dont get us investors well. And a few i stay in touch with...on peaceful terms now. (03/01/2019-03/14/2019) EXP realty-Known also as the only cloud based brokerage(its true...they do actually have their avatar world...i wont lie). Me and the txbroker...well we had a disagreement on a youtube talk show video where i had a review from trec concerning allegations of trec violations in which i won(investing helped me catch on quickly it seems to all real estate lessons, and that day i did beat a broker in a knowledge contest....not proud of all that.) But EXP does have the title of being my last broker and it will stay that way. My final thoughts on exp realty: Very chill will all the agents ive encountered there..made peace. Havent said hi to txbroker ever since. But i realize agency as a learning experience that was meant to amp me to where i am today ..it was never the disagreements. I even have gotten 30 agency sponsorship offers. But exp is the most open minded set of agents i ever met. The cloud stuff a hard leap...and the broker could use some professional openmindedness...but the agents something else in meeting. As good as i was in agency and investing before...im glad to be back and instead of small town investments...i making offers on foreclosures to help people in the healing process from foreclosures and helping reduce the hassle for the city...that is auction. My thought on felts enterprises real estate: its hard to get a better dual hybrid comforable professional and investors get their investing needs covered and so do sellers as well...if seller needs to see reality i also assist. Very laid back and easy to be Interviewed by. But some might be turned off by energetic smilers. It never hurts and i scour the internet and signs and ads daily(m-f occasionaly saturday)
