I plan to purchase at least 5 properties a year for the next 10 years and retire. I do not want to hustle and bustle to become a super billionaire but I would like to make enough income from my rentals that I no longer have to work. I do not want to be greedy as I believe a happy life does not come from money, it comes from family and friends. Money definitly helps haha but my main goal is to never stress over my bills .
