I live in Charleston SC and since I have started my REI in May of 2017, i have added 4 units to my portfolio with 2 more in the pipeline. I am also a real estate agent with Southern Shores reality. My back ground is in supply chain and distribution but was tired of the daily rat race so jumped into RE.
