Born and raised in Lubbock, TX. Graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in business (MIS major). Moved to Houston, TX in 2003 to work as a software developer for ExxonMobil. Quit after a year to become a full-time investor despite having no experience and limited funds. Have bought 70+ houses since then. Currently holding 10 rentals and 28 notes. Started MyHouseDeals.com in 2005 and currently devote much of my time to its improvement and expansion. We provide a list of wholesale deals and motivated seller leads in 16 metro areas.
