Currently creating a wholesaling business, I have most the elements in place I am looking for an acquisition specialist please contact me. Aside from starting a new business the below information applies. I have spent 22 years of my life as a GC and Pest Control company owner, I have done hundreds of home inspections and repairs from installing foundations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, floors and subfloors you name it I have probably done it. I no longer have the strength to swing a hammer or dig a ditch but I believe my knowledge may be useful to the right person. While I built my GC business I had a boiler room back when you could call your neighbors so I have many many hours of phone experience. With the new laws one cannot cold call homeowners but there are no do not call restrictions on businesses and people who have ads in the for sale or for rent listings on craigslist etc. I am open to trading my time and talent for a small piece of the action on a partnership or to learn the ins and outs of investing. I also have a very flexible schedule. If there are any investors in the south sound area that could use a hand or anyone looking at the Seattle- Tacoma area maybe I could be boots on the ground for you.
