Doug Parker

After working as an accountant I changed careers, earned a law degree and worked at a very large midwest-based law firm for 15 years as a corporate and securities attorney. I have recently started my own practice and want to transition into the real estate business. I have represented clients in the real estate industry helping them form corporations and LLCs, manage the coming and going of shareholders or members, structured real estate syndicates, prepared private placement memorandums for investors, and drafted negotiated operating agreements between real estate developers and their investors.
