I still consider myself a newbie even tho I have some experience in RE. All of those past/current investments have been with partners who have done a lot of the work. So moving forward, in 2018 and finding BP that summer, listening to many podcasts and webinars, reading Brandon's books, etc, I am ready for moving forward in our real estate journey. At this stage of my life, I am thinking that I may need to try to work on the stack method that Brandon talks about. OR figure out a quicker way of maybe using multi-units to grow my portfolio and bring in some passive income for our retirement. I am open to hearing from you, the more experienced ones out there. Where to invest and what's working or what might work well in my situation.
