Doug Phillips

Hi I'm 30 years old and I am a Real Estate Agent as well as a real estate investor from Cincinnati Ohio, starting in 2017. My background started me with investing in Tax Lien and Deed properties and Small Multi Family- having done quite a bit of personal training/research in that area, with a couple deals under my belt. I'm looking forward to making connections and learning even more on BP. Currently, I am in multiple partnerships with 6 rental properties as it stands. I am in a mastermind and partnership with other like-minded investors in which we focus on distressed properties in IN to provide affordable housing to folks. I am currently partnered with another BP member on two 5 unit apartments in Oakley, OH. Hobbies include: Competitive bodybuilding, music (listening/playing), hanging out with family, learning/growing, and reading/listening to audio books.
