My "real" job is in marketing, but I've always been intrigued with real estate investing. I'm currently invested out of state, with 5 SFR homes in the Oklahoma City area. I'm looking to learn, grow, and acquire MORE. My plan is to keep looking for out of state opportunities and am I also exploring the idea of International rental investments. Very interested in BRRRR and ways to generate more income for more investments. Love to network with other LA peeps. I'm reading all I can squeeze in, but am sure there's so much more I could be doing to move quicker and smarter!
