About myself
My husband and I are wanting to get into real estate investing with rental property in the Baytown and Dayton area. We have noticed a lack of any rental property in the Dayton area. We have found a beautiful new home that we would like to purchase, and already have several people who are interested in renting it. We just are having difficulty finding financing for this. We're looking for help with this investment.
