Hey BPers! I'm a part-time real estate investor based in Dallas, TX. Since 2013, my husband and I have owned 25 rentals and flipped a few properties in Minneapolis (where we lived) and Milwaukee (where I grew up). We cooled our jets a bit on real estate to focus on other things, but we're working now to 1) buy a home in Dallas, TX (we moved in January 2022), 2) sell our Minneapolis rentals to focus on markets that are a better fit, and 3) explore short-term rentals. Outside of real estate, I'm a semi-retired political operative and consultant that has worked on political campaigns in nineteen states and five countries. I love following how politics and real estate interact, and I've helped a few larger developers navigate through political problems.
