I have been an out of state investor since 2018. Real estate has been an interest of mine since I graduated college in 2001. I am currently employed full time and plan to invest in my time off. I am always in the market for duplexes and triplexes. I am a buy and hold investor. I have acquired 1 three family in New Britain and a 2 Duplexes in Bristol in the past two years.
