I'm in the business of buying residential and commercial properties in California and North Carolina. Since starting my investment journey in December 2019, I currently hold a portfolio of 10 SFH rental properties. We use a mix of BRRRR, house-hacking, and just converting our primary residences to rentals. We are reviving a defunct self storage facility in Cape Carteret NC and hope to be doing more commercial deals in the future!
