Wind at my back and water on my toes. I am an avid wakesurfer, crossfitter, and full-time investor. Experience: I began to buy in the Denver area in 2008 because I could not afford the resort community that I grew up in the mountains of Summit County, CO. What once began as a side revenue source soon began to out pay my primary job as a Brewer at a large brewery. Now I have a couple SFR and a commercial/residential mixed-use building in Colorado and a 8 plex of lake front townhouses and a CrossFit gym at Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. I have my Missouri real estate license at Lake Ozarks Realty with a specialty in out-of-state investors and investment properties. Real Estate Goals: Increase streams of semi-passive income, while also developing a higher net-worth. Develop a network of relationships to help in the entire process of the real estate ownership.
