I live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area. Experience: I got interested in real estate investing through Rich Dad Poor Dad. I took a Rich Dad Poor Dad 3-day class on Real Estate Investing and read some books, After I discovered BiggerPockets, I started listening to podcasts, joined a meet-up group in Oakland and attended J Martins Real Estate Networking summits. I attend networking meetings in the Bay Area. My husband and I hold 4 promissory notes, some in retirement accounts, are invested in 2 multi family syndication, one storage unit conversion and in a mobile home fund. Real Estate Goals: Substitute my current salary with passive income from RE investing. Lean about Tax liens. Purchase a large real estate investment. Find new passive investment opportunities.
