I currently work as a IT manager for a larger fortune 100 company. In doing so, I'm able to save quite a bit of income to be able to invest in real estate and other early retirement ventures. I'm looking to continue to expand my portfolio with small multi-family units every year or so in northeastern IL or southeastern WI. Ultimately my goal is to hit 1 million net worth when I'm 40, be able to pay for my kid's college, be coast FIRE when I'm 50 and have a second home for me and my wife when we retire fully.
