Experience: I had the unfortunate opportunity to get involved in rental properties right before the bubble burst. For 9 years I battled with properties I was under water on and in a location where finding and keeping good tenants was impossible. In 2014 I was able to purchase a bank owned home, gutted and renovated it while living in it and sold it for a nice profit in 2016. 2017 I purchased my first "true" flip and will sell it in early 2018. In the process of relocating to Jacksonville, FL to pursue REI full time. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking a community that can really help me get started in serious investing. I would like real estate to be the catalyst for a life away from the 9-5 grind.
