I am a passionate and adventurous real estate investor that is super excited about real estate investing and the possibilities that it opens up for everyday people. Not afraid to roll up my sleeves and fix or repair things or run the analytics and models to see if a deal will pencil out. I have been involved in the real estate since I was a kid, managing and maintain their properties and doing everything from unplugging toilets in the middle of the night to stabilizing and flipping apartment complexes. I am currently still holding down a 9-5 W-2 income while positioning myself to move out of the mom and papa investments and full time into real estate investments. Would love to connect with like minded investors and mentors to grow and experience that journey. I am currently in the process of utilizing my background to continue to build my passive income portfolio, while laterally moving into flips of SFH, value add Apartment building , and construction and property management. Looking to connect with mentors, whole sale deals, brokers and real estate agents with strong pipelines for investors, value add projects and syndication deals. I currently have 30 units under ownership and looking to build a property management firm can help manage my units and other investors properties in a manner that is aligned from the vantage point of a owner. During my free time I enjoy traveling the road less traveled and generally getting lost to find the experience and people that you meet along the way.
