I am a new but not totally green real estate investor that is looking for additional advice, mentors, connections and deals to help me move to the next level of real estate investing. I am fully involved with my properties, learning and absorbing as much as possible from each deal so that I can improve my process. I am interest in flips, buy and holds and eventually infill development and possibly larger scale development as I build out my portfolio and experience.
