Doron Rice

I am the founder of Rice Group, LLC. I oversees the company's strategic direction and leads the firm’s investments and day-to-day management including underwriting, closing, investor relations and property management functions. Since its inception in 2016, the company has invested in over 15 single family residences properties in New Jersey and several apartment buildings in several states. I am also involved in the NYC development industry. I am the leading development project manager for a large 52 units apartment building construction in Manhattan, New York City. Aside from being passionate about real estate investment and development, I also have more than 18 years of Architectural professional experience, designing and managing some of the world’s most inspiring structures.
